LinkedIn Company Page vs LinkedIn Showcase Page: What's the Difference?

A Company Page is the single hub for the whole business - news, jobs, the main brand presence. A Showcase Page is a sub-page attached to it, built to focus on one specific product, brand, or audience with its own dedicated feed and following. A business gets one Company Page and can add several Showcase Pages underneath it.

A LinkedIn Company Page is the central hub for a business on LinkedIn, where the full range of company content lives - general updates, job postings, a careers section, and the broad brand presence that represents the organization as a whole.

A LinkedIn Showcase Page is a sub-page attached to a parent Company Page, built to spotlight one specific product, brand, initiative, or audience segment with its own dedicated content feed, its own follower base, and its own separate analytics.

The relationship between the two is hierarchical, not competitive - a business maintains exactly one Company Page as its main presence, and can create multiple Showcase Pages branching off it when a specific product line or audience segment needs its own focused content stream rather than being mixed into the company's general updates. A Showcase Page builds its own followers starting from zero, separate from the parent page's following, which means it only makes sense when that specific audience is distinct enough to actively choose to follow it rather than just seeing it through the main Company Page. Showcase Pages also can't carry job postings or employee profiles the way a Company Page can, since they're built purely as a content channel rather than as the organization's full representation on the platform. A business running one core brand with no genuinely distinct sub-brands or product lines usually has no real need for a Showcase Page; one managing several meaningfully different product lines, each with its own audience that only cares about updates relevant to that specific line, is the scenario a Showcase Page is actually built to solve.
