Our Approach
Data infrastructure first, then execution. Slower in week one, faster in every week after.
Infrastructure before execution
Most agencies start with campaigns because campaigns are what clients ask for first. We start with measurement, because a campaign built on broken tracking produces numbers nobody can trust - including us.
Every engagement follows the same sequence:
- Audit - map the current stack and find where budget and data are actually leaking, not where we assume they are.
- Infrastructure - fix tracking, attribution, and data flow before a single rupee moves toward media.
- Execution - launch campaigns, content, and automation against a clean, trusted baseline.
- Compounding - report honestly, cut what doesn't work, and scale what does.
Why this order matters
Skipping straight to execution feels faster in week one and costs more in every week after - decisions get made on bad data, budget gets defended with numbers nobody can fully trust, and the eventual fix costs more than doing it right the first time would have.
We'd rather have an honest conversation about a four-week infrastructure phase up front than deliver a campaign report six months in that turns out to be built on a tracking bug.
