Founder-led, by design

EASI7 is led directly by Ananth Sridev, who works every engagement rather than handing it off to a junior account team after the pitch. That's a deliberate structural choice, not a limitation we're working around - clients get direct access to the person who actually understands their account.

How we scale

For work outside core analytics, performance marketing, and content - design, video production, or larger development builds - we bring in trusted specialists on a per-project basis, vetted and directed by the same person accountable for the strategy. You get specialist quality without losing a single point of accountability to a rotating account team.
