Apps & Tools

Products we build and use ourselves

Small, focused tools we've built to solve our own problems first - before offering them to clients.

Most of what we build for clients starts as something we needed ourselves first. A spreadsheet that kept breaking. A subscription that cost more than it saved. A manual process that ate an afternoon every week. Rather than work around the gap, we built the tool - and kept using it until it was solid enough to trust with real operations, not just a demo.

That's the thread connecting everything below: a LinkedIn content system, a UTM and tracking platform, a self-hosted personal finance app, a B2B intent signal engine. Different problems, same approach - self-hosted where it makes sense, no subscription stacked on top of subscription, and built around how the work actually happens instead of a generic feature checklist.

Methodology

How we approach Apps & Tools

Find the recurring pain

Every tool here started the same way - the same manual, repetitive, or fragile task showing up in our own operations often enough that fixing it properly was cheaper than working around it again.

Build it self-hosted, ours to own

No SaaS subscription stacked on top of client work. Plain PHP and MySQL, deployed on the same kind of affordable hosting a small team can actually run - our data, our infrastructure, no vendor deciding what happens to it next.

Use it on real work first

Nothing ships to a client-facing page until we've run it against our own accounts, our own campaigns, or our own household logistics for long enough to trust it. If it doesn't hold up internally, it doesn't go further.

Open it up once it's proven

Once a tool is doing real work reliably, it gets a page here. Some are fully built out; some are still early and evolving in the open rather than hidden until they're "finished".

Common questions

Some, yes - it depends on the tool and where it is in its lifecycle. Get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether it's ready to hand over or still internal-only.

They run our own operations, which is a higher bar than a demo or a weekend build. That said, some are more mature than others - the page for each tool reflects where it actually stands.

Cost, control, and fit. A subscription stacked on top of client work adds up fast, and off-the-shelf tools rarely match patterns specific to how we - or Indian businesses generally - actually operate. Owning the code means we shape it around the real workflow instead of the other way around.

Often, yes - the same build approach behind these tools (self-hosted, no unnecessary subscriptions, shaped around your actual process) is available as client work. See our Web Application Development and AI Solutions services, or just get in touch and describe the problem.

Direct answer

Every tool below started as something we needed for our own operations - not a product roadmap. We built it, ran it on our own workflows until it held up, and only then decided it was worth sharing.
